Notice is hereby given that on 31 January 2017 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and No.4 under Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980 the effect of which is 1. and 2. To revoke a) The County of Wiltshire (Couch Lane, Devizes (One Way Traffic) Order 2002 and b) The County of Wiltshire (Maryport Street, Monday Market Street and Snuff Street, Devizes) (One Way Traffic) Order 1978 and re-enact b), in part, in the above Order 2 and to introduce One Way Traffic with the exemption of pedal cycles on Couch Lane - from its junction with New Park Street to a point 35 metres north of that junction with permitted travel from New Park Street towards Commercial Road; Snuff Street -from its junction with Market Place to its junction with New Park Street with permitted travel from Market Place to New Park Street. 3. To introduce a Prohibition of Right Hand Turn from Snuff Street to New Park Street. 4. To install a Traffic Table Feature in Couch Lane - from its junction with New Park Street to a point 35 metres north of that junction. A copy of the Orders and plans may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Any person aggrieved by the Orders and desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in the Orders on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Orders will come into operation on 13 February 2017.
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Traffic Management Act 2004 The County of Wiltshire (Malmesbury and Malmesbury Without) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in the Malmesbury and Malmesbury Without Consolidation Order 2010 with amendment No.1 and re-enacting it in the above Order for administrative purposes, and to include addition restrictions as follows: 1. To introduce No waiting at any time on Bristol Street - north side - from a point 54 metres south west of its junction with Bremilham Road for a distance of 33 metres in a westerly direction; Burnham Road - north side - from its junction with Pool Gastons Road for a distance of 20 metres south west of that junction; Burnham Road - south side - from its junction with Pool Gastons Road for a distance of 17 metres south west of that junction; Dark Lane - north east side - from its junction with Bristol Street for a distance of 15 metres south east of that junction; Hodge Lane - south side - from its junction with St Aldhelm Road for a distance of 5 metres north east of that junction; Old Railway Close - both sides - from its junction with Webbs Way for a distance of 5 metres east of that junction; Pool Gastons Road -both sides - from its junction with Burnham Road for a distance of 12 metres south west of that junction; Reeds Farm Road - north side - from a point 27 metres west of its junction with Webbs Way to a point 17 metres east of that junction; St Aldhelm Road -north east side - from its junction with Pool Gaston Road for a distance of 24 metres to its junction with Hodge Lane; St Aldhelm Road - south west side - from its junction with Pool Gaston Road for a distance of 8 metres in a northerly direction; Webbs Way - both sides from its junction with Reeds Farm Road to a point 12 metres north of its junction with Old Railway Close. 2. Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Traffic Management Act 2004 The County of Wiltshire (Chippenham and Chippenham Without) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2016 (Amendment No.1) Order 2017 Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in the Chippenham and Chippenham Without Consolidation Order 2016 by revoking Map Schedule No CS39 dated 16 December 2016 and replacing it by the insertion of revised Map Schedule No CS39 the effect of which will be to remove Parking Monday to Saturday 9am - 6pm 30 minutes No Return within 1 hour and to introduce No Waiting at any time on New Road - west side - from a

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) UC Marden Way (Part), Calne; from its junction with Pinhills to its junction with Canal Close to enable Wessex Water to undertake reinstatement works. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses. This Order will come into operation on 6 March 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 8 March 2017. For further information please contact

This Order will come into operation on 7 March 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one night between the hours of 22.00 and 06.00. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses. This Order will come into operation on 9 March 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of

This Order will come into operation on 14 February 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 until 15 February 2017; (n) C83 (Part) Hare Lane/Flintham Hill, Eastcourt, Crudwell; from a point approximately 200m north-east of its junction with C76 Eastcourt Road in a south-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 650m to a point adjacent to the property 'Morley Farm'; (o) C76 (Part) Eastcourt Road, Crudwell; from a point approximately 200m west of the property 'Eastcourt Cottage' in an easterly direction for a distance of approximately 650m to a point approximately 150m east of its junction with C83 Hare Lane.
