Somerset County Council Districts of Sedgemoor and Somerset West and Taunton Parishes of Broomfield and Kingston St Mary Temporary Closure of Buncombe Hill and Kingston Road

Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Buncombe Hill and Kingston Road - from the junction with Park End Road, southwards for a distance of 2800 metres. This Order will enable Amberon TM Ltd to carry out tree works. The Order becomes effective on 15th March 2022 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 21st March 2022 and last until 28th March 2022 between the hours of 08:00 -17:00 for a total of 8 days. Please visit
