LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1976, PART II SECTION 53(2) AND 70 FEES FOR HACKNEY CARRIAGE AND PRIVATE HIRE LICENCES
Dorset Council is proposing to set the following fees for the issue of licences for Hackney Carriage Vehicles and Drivers and Private Hire Operators, Vehicles and Drivers within its District: -

New or Renewal Operator -5 year licence £126 - £426  £416
New or Renewal Operator -1 year licence £118

Comments must be received by midnight 15 March 2022.
If we receive no objections within the 28-day notice period, the new fee charges will apply from 1 April 2022.
Any objections will be given due consideration by the Council and the proposed fees with or without modification will apply from 1 April 2022.
