Temporary Closure of Milverton Road
Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Milverton Road - from the junction with Langford Budville Road north-eastwards for a distance of 430 metres. This Order will enable Western Power Distribution to carry out overhead refurbishment works. The Order becomes effective on 14th January 2022 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 26th January 2022 and last until 26th January 2022 between the hours of 08:00 -16:00 for a total of 8 hours.
