Notice of Making a Public Path Extinguishment and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order Highways Act 1980 Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981
Dorset Council (Part of Bridleway 43, Marshwood at Prime Coppices) Public Path Extinguishment Order 2021
The above order, made on 26 February 2021 under section 118 of the Highways Act 1980, will extinguish the full width of part of Bridleway 43, Marshwood from the unaffected part of Bridleway 43, at its junction with Bridleway 44, Marshwood and Glebeland Lane at SY 38799735, generally south west across a river, to the unaffected part of Bridleway 43 at its junction with Bridleway 76, Marshwood at the northern edge of Prime Coppices at SY 38779733.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Dorset Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
