PARISH OF WEST BAGBOROUGH Temporary Closure of Restricted Byway T 30/23
TAKE NOTICE that in pursuance of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, the County Council of Somerset has made an Order PROHIBITING ALL TRAFFIC from proceeding along restricted byway T 30/23 from its junction with West Bagborough Road at the Rising Sun Inn and running north along Stout Lane for 1,000 metres to Lydeard Hill due to the likelihood of danger to the public whilst drainage works are being carried out at the southern end of the route The Order will become effective on 17 August 2020 and will remain in force for six months although the route is only likely to be closed for 12 days.
