Notice is hereby given that the following applications have
been made:
Application No. 29/20/00006: St Edwards Church, Goathurst,
Bridgwater TA5 2DE. Installation of new terne coated
stainless steel roof coverings to the North Chapel roof. This
application affects a listed building. Application No.
04/20/00007: 8 Church Road, Bawdrip, Bridgwater TA7 8PU.
Removal of existing slate roof retaining slates for re-use,
replacement cement fillets, under felting & battens & facias.
Roof timbers & chimney stacks to be repaired, uprate loft
insulation, retain existing metal guttering & the re-use of
existing ridge tiles. This application affects a listed building
& the setting of a public right of way. Application No.
33/20/00022: Wayside Cottage, Church Street, Mark,
Highbridge TA9 4NF. Demolition of existing single storey
rear additions & erection of a single storey extension to
position of original wall & infill return. On first floor, build up
existing wall to height of original eaves & match roof pitch &
form (part retrospective). This application may affect the
setting of a listed building. (Householder application).
Application No. 42/20/00024: Adjacent To A38 & North Of
Dunball Roundabout, Puriton, Bridgwater TA6. Variation of
condition 28 of planning permission 42/18/00014 (Hybrid
application (full & outline) seeking; (a) full planning
permission for the erection of a petrol filling station (PFS)
with an ancillary A1 / A5 use & 2no. drive thru units with
associated car parking, circulatory routes, landscaping,
access (including internal roads), servicing & other associated
works and; (b) outline application with some matters
reserved for Use Classes B1, B2, B8 & trade counter (Sui
Generis)) to no operations associated with the drive thru’s,
including deliveries, shall take place outside the hours of
06:00 - 22:00 on Mondays to Sundays including Bank
Holidays. No operations associated with the B use classes &
any trade counter use, including deliveries, shall take place
outside the hours of 07:00 to 23:00 on Mondays to Fridays,
08:00 to 18:00 on Saturdays & at no time on Sundays &
Bank Holidays. This proposal is a major development.

apartments above. This site lies within a Conservation Area.

growth points. Application No. 08/20/00105: The Rosary

against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there
will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal
