Somerset County Council District of Somerset West and Taunton Parish of Ash Priors Temporary Closure of Combe Florey Road
TAKE NOTICE that in pursuance of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, the County Council of Somerset have made an Order PROHIBITING ALL TRAFFIC from proceeding along Combe Florey Road for a distance of approximately 310 metres. This order will enable Wales & West Utilities to carry out gas mains upgrade works. The Order becomes effective on 23 July 2020 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 27th July 2020 and last until 21st August 2020 between the hours of (08:00 -23:59) for a total of 26 days, excluding the weekends. Please visit
