Notice of Public Path Order under Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Section 257 and Paragraph 1 of Schedule 14 Somerset West and Taunton Council The Somerset West and Taunton Council public path (footpath T29/11 (part) in the parish of Trull) Diversion Order 2020 The above Order was made on 25 June 2020.The effect of the Order will be to divert the public footpath running from A to B and create an alternative line running from A to B as shown on the Order Map.

A copy of the Order as confirmed and the Order plan have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Deane House, Belvedere Road, Taunton at any time. The Order and plan have been affixed to the window at the entrance to Reception. Copies of the Order and plan may also be viewed at

Any representations about, or objections to, the Order may be sent in writing to the address below not later than 31 July 2020. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If any such representations or objections are duly made, or if so made are withdrawn, the Somerset West and Taunton Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
