Somerset County Council Pill Road, Highbridge in the Parishes of East Brent and Mark (Temporary Traffic Restrictions) Order 2020
Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, intends to make an Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary traffic restrictions as specified in the Schedules below.
This Order will come into operation on the 23rd day of June 2020 and will remain in force for two years. Works with respect to the road closure are expected to commence on the 1st July 2020 until the 15th October 2020, the restrictions will only apply when indicated by traffic signs. The speed restriction is expected to commence from the 15,h October 2020 until the 21s1 September 2022 and will only apply when indicated by traffic signs.

b) because of the likelihood of danger to the public, or of serious damage to the road, which is not attributable to such works
