NOTICE OF MAKING PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 AND WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 WILTSHIRE COUNCIL The Wiltshire Council Parish of Calne Without Bridleway 89 (part), 89A and 89B Diversion Order and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2019 The above named Order, made on 16 December 2019 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will divert part of bridleway Calne Without 89 and the whole of bridleways Calne Without 89A and 89B from their route leading from the southern end of road u/c7008 south past The Mill House to the River Marden continuing on south for 38 metres (width 4 to 10 metres approx. length 118 metres) to an alternative route leading in a broad horse shoe shape to the west of The Mill House, outbuilding and grounds. Width varying between 4 and 11 metres approx. length 272 metres. A bridle bridge with a width of 1.8 metres over the River Marden west of the existing bridge. The Order will also alter the Calne and Chippenham Rural District Council definitive map and statement dated 1953 accordingly. A copy of the Order may be seen free of charge at the offices of Wiltshire Council, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, BA14 8JN (0900 to 1700 week days). Copies of the Order may be bought (£5). C) Stibb Hill (Part), West Lavington; from its junction with Rutts Lane for a distance of approximately 80 metres in a southerly direction to enable Renelec Groundworks to carry out drainage connection. No alternative route is available;access will be maintained for residents and businesses. This Order will come into operation on 03 February 2020 the closure will be required until 07 February 2020. This Order will come into operation on 03 February 2020 and the closure will be required between the hours of 23:15 and 05:20 until 04 February 2020. This Order will come into operation on 15 January 2020 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for one day. Alternative route: via Quakers Lane-A3102 -C118 - C135 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 13 January 2020 and the closure will be required until 07 February 2020. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions.
