The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to: Temporarily close to all vehicles, Pedestrians and Equestrians:
(a) Byway 10 (Part), Durrington; from its junction with Fargo Road to its junction with Byway 12, Amesbury/A344.

(b) Byway 12 (Part), Amesbury; from its junction with Byway 10, Durrington/crossing the A344 over to its junction with A303 (T).

(c) Byway 12 (Part), Amesbury; from its junction with A303 (T) in a southerly direction to its junction with Byway 1, Wilsford cum Lake.

(d) Byway 1 (Part), Wilsford cum Lake; from its junction with Byway 12, Amesbury to its junction with Byway 11, Berwick St James.

(e) Byway 11 (Part), Berwick St James; from its junction with Byway 1, Wilsford cum Lake to its junction with Byway 16, Woodford.

(f) Byway 16 (Part), Woodford; from its junction with Byway 11, Berwick St James to its junction with A360, Druids Lodge.

(g) Byway 11 (Part), Amesbury; from its junction with A303 (T) in a southerly direction to its junction with Byway 2, Wilsford cum Lake.

(h) Byway 2, (Part), Wilsford cum Lake; from its junction with Byway 11, Amesbury to its junction with Footpath 3 at Springbottom Farm, Wilsford cum Lake.

(i) Fargo Road, From its Junction with the A345 to a point 300m North at Woodhenge.

(j) Footpath 4, Durrington, From its Junction with the A345, to its Junc with Fargo Road.
(k) B3086, Southbound only from Rollestone Cross Roads to A360 Airmans
Cross Roundabout. And to introduce a temporary No Waiting at Any Time restriction on the following lengths of road:
(l) A360 (Part) Winterbourne Stoke; from its junction with A303
Longbarrow Roundabout to its junction with A344 (Airman's Corner). (m) A360 (Part) Winterbourne Stoke; from its junction with A344
(Airman's Corner) in a westerly direction towards Shrewton for a
distance of approximately 1 kilometre. (n) B3086 (Part) Winterbourne Stoke/Shrewton; from its junction
with A360/A344 (Airman's Corner) in a northerly direction to its junction
with The Packway (Rollestone Crossroads). (o) Fargo Road, From its Junction with the A345 to its junction with Fargo
Close.
(p) C42, Stonehenge Road, Amesbury, from its junction with West
Amesbury Road to the A303. These Orders are made to ensure public safety during the period of the Solstice celebration at Stonehenge. Sections (a) to (j) will come into operation at 00:01hrs on Wednesday 18th December 2019 and will remain in force until 09:00hrs on Monday 23rd December 2019. Section (k) will come into operation at 00:01hrs 22nd December 2019 and remina in force until 12 noon on Sunday 22nd December. Sections (i) - (p) will come into operation at 06:00hrs on Saturday 21st December 2019 and will remain in force until 12 noon on Sunday 22nd December 2019. The Orders for sections (a) - (k) will have a maximum duration of six months. The Order for sections (l) - (p) will have a maximum duration of 18 months. PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Shady Bower (Part), Salisbury;
from its junction with Milford Hill to its junction with St Margaret's Close to enable Openreach to install new telegraph pole for customer connection. Alternative route: via Shady Bower (unaffected length) - Manor Farm Road -Riverside Road - Laverstock Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 11 January 2020 and the closure will be required between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00 for one day. For further information please

B) B3081 Tollard Royal Village (Part), Tollard Royal; from its junction with Tollard Park for a distance of approxamitely 170 metres in an east southerly direction to enable Wessex Water to carry out interim to permanent reinstatement. Alternative route: via B3081 (unaffected length) -A354 - Out of County - Wiltshire Road and vice versa. C) The Street, East Knoyle; from its junction with Church Road for a distance of approximately 450 metres in a southerly direction to enable Wessex Water to replace degrading mains pipes along The Street and replace all customer pipework. Alternative route: via Hindon Road -A350 - Shaftesbury Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 06 January 2020 and the closure will be required until 24 April 2020. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: D) C12 (Part), Coombe Bissett; from property known as Ebblecombe House for a distance of approximately 500 metres in a westerly direction to enable Openreach to carry out works in the underground structure. Alternative route: via C12 (unaffected length) -C320 - A3094 - A354 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 16 December 2019 and the closure will be required until 17 December 2019. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Shrewton, Winterbourne Stoke, Berwick St James and Stapleford) (Weight Restriction) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that on 3 December 2019 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be as follows: To revoke The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Shrewton, Winterbourne Stoke, Berwick St James and Stapleford) (Weight Restriction) Order 1989 and re-enact it in the above Order to amend the current 7.5T weight limit with exemption of except for access to a 7.5T weight limit with exemption of except for loading and unloading. A copy of the Order and plan may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act or any
