Somerset County Council District of Taunton Deane Parish of Lydeard St Lawrence Temporary Closure of Hoccombe Road TAKE NOTICE that In pursuance of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, the County Council of Somerset have made an Order PROHIBITING ALL TRAFFIC from proceeding along Hoccombe Road from 400m south-east of the junction with Tarr Road, southwards for a distance of 200 metres. This order will enable Utility Services Ltd to carry out poling works on behalf of BT Openreach. The Order becomes effective on 02 October 2019 and will remain in force for eighteen months.
