CHALLIS Nikki Simon, Emily, Will, Ellie and Pat would like to thank all friends, relatives and neighbours for the many cards and letters of sympathy, also the beautiful flowers received during our sad loss of Nikki. Thank you to all who attended the funeral service and kindly sent donations to Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance and The British Heart Foundation. Special thanks to Morton Ward, Dorset County Hospital Pallative Care Nurses, carers, friends, Rev Deb Smith and Simon Wakely and team for their professionalism throughout.
