ELSWORTH Sylvia Passed away peacefully after a long illness on the 5th September 2019, aged 80 years. Wife of the late Derek. A much loved mum, nan and great-gran. Funeral Service to be held at Weymouth Crematorium on Thursday 26th September at 12.15pm.
