Well, well what do you know?
Prince Charles comes to town and the council are prompted to organise a team of men to clear the towns many, many weeds from shop fronts and pavements.
It does not seem to matter that the council tax paying residents of Bridport have to look at our streets in a disgusting state all year round.
I also saw not one but two policemen walking in East Street.
A sight rarely seen these days in our town. Double standards or what? It makes you think. I know a lot of people feel the same as I do.
Bridport deserves to be looked after and cared for all the year not only when a Royal is visiting.
