RE: the article in the Bridport News on November 13 about St Mary’s School missing out free electricity.
More importantly I wonder how many parents were aware that St Mary’s and Symondsbury Schools may relocate to Vearse Farm.
The parents will find travelling to Vearse Farm horrendous.
The entrance/exit can only be situation on the busy B3162.
Cllr Dave Rickard states there is not much support for moving schools and building 750-plus houses on Vearse Farm.
He also says the Local Plan is messing up the school’s ability to have solar panels.
The Local Plan is also supporting the 750-plus houses on Vearse Farm and planning a new car park at West Bay.
‘Messing up’ – the list can be endless.
