We are writing to say a huge thank you to all the local businesses that supported St Catherine’s Pre-school’s Easter Funday and summer bric-a-brac stall.
Between the two events we raised over £1,000.
We would not have been able to do this without the generosity of the following businesses:
- Gillinghams Higos (for their generous cash donation)
- Gillinghams IFA
- The George Hotel, Bridport
- Boden
- The Hive
- CW Interiors
- Piggy Bank Wine
- The Olive Tree
- Farmer Palmers
- Abbotsbury Swannery
- The Stables
- Palmers Brewery
- Unilever
- Red Plum Gallery
- Freshwater
- Groves
- Bridport Leisure Centre
- Clipper Tea
- Beau Hairdressing
- Envy Beauty
- Lula’s
- The Dorset Burger Company
- Simon Dunn Chocolatier
- Larcombes of Beaminster
- Waterstones
- Tesco
- Frosts
- Charmouth Twinning Association
In addition, Barclays Bank have recently match-funded proceeds from the Easter Fun Day, bringing the grand total to over £2,000.
Some of the money has been spent on waterproof aprons and transport to take the children to Charmouth Beach for ‘Beach School’, while some will be used for Living Eggs to allow the children to experience the life cycle and watch chicks hatch together with storage cupboards.
With sincere thanks,
St Catherine’s Pre-School management committee
