DAN Dunford bagged a hat-trick at Waytown Hounds’ end-of-season presentation.

Dunford was named players’ player of the year, manager’s player of the year and clubman of the year as the Hounds toasted the end of a successful campaign with a meal at the Olive Tree in Bridport.

The Hounds lifted the John Fowler Cup in 2011/12 and also finished as runners-up in Perry Street Division Three.

Other awards on the night were presented to Tom Menaldino (top scorer) and Steve White (joker Hallet Trophy for effort and commitment).

There were also gifts and thanks to Pete and Marion Smith of the Hare & Hounds, tea hut manager Georgie Hughes and chairman Matt Read.
