Stuart Meaker has played just two ODIs for England
England have called up Surrey seamer Stuart Meaker as cover for James Anderson for the second NatWest Series match against Australia.
Anderson, who was troubled by a tight groin in the first one-day international at Lord's on Friday, was expected to recover in time for Sunday's match at the Kia Oval.
However, England, who lead the five-match series 1-0, decided to call in Meaker as a precaution.
The Surrey seamer has played two ODIs for England, the last against India in Kolkata last October.
