BRIDPORT chairman Adrian Scadding is on the lookout for a new manager to replace departing boss Trevor Senior, who he has wished well for the future.

Senior announced he would be exiting the St Mary’s Field outfit at the end of the season after more than a decade of service in two spells with the Bees.

“He is leaving on good terms and has been with the club for around 11 years now on and off. He has decided to call it day,” Scadding said.

“He has done a good job since he has been here and we wish him all the luck in whatever he does.

“He has been a good friend as well because he has been here so long.”

On the search for a new manager, Scadding added: “We have had three people interested but I can’t disclose that yet obviously.”

The club are still taking more applicants into consideration and are looking for potential candidates to put their names forward as soon as possible.

Any applicants for the role need to either contact chairman Scadding on 07785752522 or email bridportfc@btconnect.com
