BALTI Sports manager Marco Nott admitted victories over Dorchester Sports and Holt United have put his side in a “good moment” before Merley Cobham Sports visit Weymouth College in the Dorset Premier League today (3pm).

Balti are unbeaten in seven matches and Nott is eager to maintain the strong form.

Nott said: “Beating Dorchester Sports and Holt in the last two weeks, we are on a good moment at the moment and we are hoping to continue that.”

Balti are eighth in the table with 13 points, but are just five points behind Westland Sports in second, with Merley matching Westland on 18 points.

Nott said:”They have always been a good side, ever since they have been in the DPL they have always been up and around the top four area.

“Playing at home we always fancy our chances, we generally play much better at home.

“We are certainly looking forward to the game, we are on a good bit of form, we have lost one in nine now.

“It is good just to try and build a bit of momentum in the league now and try and get ourselves up the league.”

Danny Andrews, Carl McClements, Simon Proffitt and Ethan Devaney all return for Balti but Andy Nott, Josh Burton and Ross Walker will all be unavailable for the match.
