PLANS for Bridport ABC’s autumn show at Freshwater Holiday Park are starting to take shape.
Club chief Alan Slaney will today begin collecting sponsorship money from businesses in the town ahead of the show on November 29.
Boxers from as far afield as Coventry are set to compete at the event alongside those from the host club, while Slaney has managed to attract fighters from highly-rated Downend ABC in Bristol.
Bridport’s boxers are back in training now and Slaney is welcoming anyone to the club who wants to take up the sport.
Training sessions take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Bridport Youth Club starting at 7pm.
Meanwhile, tickets for November’s show re-main available and tables of 10 are priced at £150.
