THE RED Arrows' performance at this year's Lyme Regis Lifeboat Week has been called off beacuse of adverse weather conditions.
The RAF jets were due to perform at the annual fundrasier at 5pm this afternoon. But heavy fog meant the team were forced to cancel their performance half an hour before they were due to start.
A spokesperson for the Lifeboat Week, said: "We have received a call to say that the RAF Red Arrows have cancelled their display.
"They are extremely disappointed to have to cancel the event. Lyme Regis Lifeboat hope to welcome them again in 2016."
Unfortunately, today's display at Lyme Regis has been cancelled due to poor weather, with sea fog and mist at the location.
