PERFORMING students showed that Lyme Regis has got talent when they staged their annual Sixth Form Cabaret.

The performers stepped into the limelight for popular showcase after winning through from 89 acts in auditions.

Producer Kathy Elliott co-ordinated the concert and the mentoring team of Joe Bailey, Dominic Kirtley and Georgia Robson helped rehearse the acts. Kathy Elliott paid tribute to her mentor team and to all students who were involved in the show in any capacity.

They included Callam Thom who led the backstage crew with students dominating in the sound, lighting and Cabaret Cocktail teams. She said: “If you respect, encourage and value young people they will all eventually shine.”

The show took place over three nights and all tickets sold out three weeks in advance.
