Well-known characters from the isle of Portland can be seen in a photography exhibition at Bridport Arts Centre, which continues until Saturday, June 2.
People Of Portland has been put together by Ten Shots photography group, a group which started out of B-Side - an art organisation and venue on Portland, evolving and becoming an exhibiting group within its own right.
The group is now expanding its roots and you can see their latest exhibition in Bridport Art Centre's café and foyer gallery spaces.
Ten Shots member Sarah Colwell said: "The members of the Ten Shots collaboration are delighted to have been given the opportunity to exhibit their work in Bridport.
"This will be our third exhibition since the group’s inception last summer and our photos on show at Bridport Arts Centre showcase some well-known Portland characters.
"We exhibited the same work at B-side’s Outpost on Portland in January and were delighted with the response, so we hope that the people of Bridport and beyond will enjoy getting a glimpse of the People of Portland.
"As a group of ‘emerging’ photographers we are honing our skills not just in photography but also in curation, so are extremely grateful to the staff at the Bridport Arts Centre for hosting the exhibition and for all their help and advice."
