A35 at Winterbourne Abbas closed following road-traffic collision
THE A35 at Winterbourne Abbas has been closed following reports that a car has rolled on to its roof.
Police and ambulance crews were called to the scene just after 5pm to reports of a single vehicle road-traffic collision.
The vehicle involved in the incident is a silver Nissan Pathfinder registered to a woman in Exeter.
Police were forced to close the road to allow recovery of the vehicle and motorists have been warned to avoid the area if possible.
Ambulance crews are still on scene treating the woman for an arm injury.
Dorset Police said there has also been an oil spillage at the scene.
