Naval nurse Morgan Malwah is organising a ball for the The Lullaby Trust, a charity that promotes expert advice on safe baby sleep and provides special support for bereaved families following a child death.

Morgan, from Bridport, said: “I am holding this ball in memory one of my beautiful twin nephews, Arlo Elijah Wood, who tragically died in his sleep on December 17 last year at five months and three weeks old.

“The Lullaby Trust have been there to support my sister and the family through this devastating time and I therefore would relish the opportunity to give something back and help ensure that they can continue with their great work. To ensure that I raise as much money as possible for this wonderful and essential charity, I am asking businesses to sponsor a table at the event.

“This will allow more money from the ticket sales to go to the charity.”

Morgan has 10 tables at £250 available to sponsor. Each one will seat 10 people. Morgan is currently living in Plymouth, where she will be holding the ball on November 21 at the Plymouth Aquarium.

Morgan will also be running next year’s London Marathon for the Lullaby Trust.
