COME HOME: Missing teenager Taylor Holman COME HOME: Missing teenager Taylor Holman

THE mother of missing teenager Taylor Holman has made an impassioned plea for her daughter to get in touch.

Denise Holman said she hadn’t seen her daughter since Friday morning when she left for the Sir Colfox School at 7.30.

Mrs Holman said Taylor had disappeared five days previously and was gone for five days.

She said: “That was really out of character.

“I don’t understand why she has done it again. There is no reasoning for it, there is no contact with us, we can’t get in contact with her, we don’t know what she is doing, who she is with.

“We have no understanding of why. She comes from a loving family. We do all we can for it. It is like being kicked in the teeth.

“We don’t know if she is alright or not.”

Mrs Holman said Taylor hadn’t contacted her younger brother or her school friends either.

She said the family had no idea if she was rebelling having just turned 16 or whether she was in trouble.

Mrs Holman added: “We just want to know that she is safe and to come home.

“If there is anything that she needs to talk about and she feels she can’t talk to us then please come home and talk to someone else.”

Bridport Police Insp Mike Darby said: “We appeal to any of her friends or people who know her if they see or speak to her to urge her to get in touch with us or her family as we want to assure ourselves of her safety and well being.”

Anyone who has seen Taylor can contact police on 101.
