At just 21, Jonathan Serter is the youngest candidate in the race for the Croydon North seat.
After trying Mr Serter we eventually spoke to his mother who said he became involved in politics at a young age, after she joined the party.
Educated at Trinity School Croydon, the fresh faced, political minnow wants to see more power given to residents on important decisions such as housing developments and waste incinerators.
He also wants to cut the UK’s contribution to the European Union.
