A MAN has been arrested following a string of alleged distraction burglaries in Dorset.
The first incidents took place on Wednesday March 30 when police were called to reports of three distraction burglaries on Albert Road in Corfe Mullen and another in Dorchester.
The next day, two further offences were reported at Sandringham Court in Dorchester and Broadwindsor near Beaminster.
A 38-year-old man of no fixed abode has been arrested on suspicion of burglary offences and released on bail until mid-July pending further enquiries.
