Washingpool Farm Shop has received a Gold standard award from Taste of the West.
Washingpool was also a finalist again this year in the Taste of the West Awards Farm Shop category.
Simon and Victoria Holland, who run the farm shop, pictured, together with Simon’s mother, father and sister, were invited to the prestigious Awards Lunch held at Bristol at the end of September, with more than 300 guests from around the region.
Simon said: “We were honoured to be invited to the Awards Lunch as finalists in the Farm Shop category.
“The other finalists were farm shops in Devon and Wiltshire so it was fantastic to have Dorset represented.”
Taste of the West is a membership organisation for the food and drink industry in the South West.
