There has been a change of plan to a meeting that had been due to hear about proposals for 280 'eco homes'.
A team working on plans for a 'smart' home development at Watton Hill was due to give a presentation at Bridport Town Council's planning committee this coming Monday (September 24).
The presentation will no longer take place on this date.
The proposals have attracted a great deal of public interest since they were made public last month and, as such, the planning committee was expecting a large public turnout.
But the presentation has been postponed to give the team more time to prepare.
It is likely the presentation will now take place in either October or November.
The planning committee meeting will go ahead as scheduled on Monday -without the presentation - and the public are welcome to attend.
