RECORD BREAKERS: Seven new records were established at the Colfox School's sports day in Bridport last week.

SPORTS STAR: Charlie Mercer, of Lyme Regis, has won another England cap.

Watched by his wife, for the first time in an English Bowling Association trial at Mortlake, Charlie was in tremendous form in Norman King's rink, which help the "Probables" to a convincing win over the "Possibles".
