A music spectacular is almost set for a 10th birthday bonanza - but there's still time to get involved.
Musicians, singers, performers and choirs will take to the stage this weekend for Bridport's MusicAthon.
A huge event in the town's calendar, MusicAthon promises to return bigger and better than ever for its anniversary celebrations.
Once again, the event will raise vital funds for the Richard Ely Trust for Young Musicians and the Bridport Youth and Community Trust.
Performances will take place all day on Saturday at both the United Church on East Street and Bucky Doo Square - but there is still a slot available between 1.40-2pm for a musician to showcase their skills.
You have just a few days to collect as many sponsors as you can and all are welcome to attend as part of the audience, especially at the church, to cheer on performers.
Bridport Lions will run a coffee morning at the United Church hall during the MusicAthon from 10am to 12pm, with all profits going to the main event.
From 12pm, Pat Crawford and her team will be offering light lunches and other refreshments in the hall and there will be a bric-a-brac stall in Bucky Doo from 10am to 2pm, co-ordinated by Roz Copson.
Volunteers are still needed to steward at the church in the morning. This is a sit down job booking in performers, collecting sponsorship and giving out running orders.
And organisers are still in need of a PA system at Bucky Doo - if you can help with this, contact Richard Toft at richard.toft@btinternet.com
