Two-car crash blocks A35 in both directions
An elderly woman was injured in a crash on the A35.
The road was closed in both directions near Axminster for more than an hour yesterday.
Two vehicles were involved in the crash, which happened at about 4.15pm, between the B3261 (Axminster) and B3165 Crewkerne Road (Raymond's Hill).
An elderly woman from Axminster suffered minor injuries.
The vehicle was removed from the carriageway and the road re-opened at around 5.40pm.
