Re letter from Cormac O’Byrne, Thursday, February 8.
I agree with everything he has said in his letter. I for one would love to have my milk delivered again in glass bottles especially to help the plastic problem. Having looked into this I find my monthly milk bill will rise significantly, by about a third.
Does this mean that substituting plastic for other materials is going to inflate prices on all commodities?
