*GREAT Scott! Time-travelling magicians Morgan and West will bring a magical extravaganza to a millennium near you tonight (3) at Dorchester Corn Exchange.

Witness these temporal tricksters burst into the twenty-first century with a show brimming over with baffling magic, unparalleled precognitive powers, and a totally genuine ability to travel through time! The fun starts at 8pm.

*A DARK journey towards sensual and intellectual liberation comes to the Corn Exchange in Dorchester tomorrow (4) at 8pm.

Jane Eyre - An Autobiography will see Rebecca Vaughan embodying everywoman Jane - and several other characters – in this intimate study of love’s realities. Contact Dorchester Arts for tickets.

It will be performed at Weymouth Pavilion tonight and tomorrow (4) at 7.30pm. Contact the box office for tickets.

*ENJOY an entertaining evening of fireworks at Parsonage Farm, Dewlish, near Dorchester, tomorrow (4).

The Dan Moore band will perform live music and gates will open at 5.30pm. There will be hot drinks, BBQ food, a licensed bar and free children’s activities. The bonfire and Guy will be lit at 6pm, and at 7pm the firework display will begin. It costs £5 for adults, children are £3 per head and families of five will cost £15.

*GET Christmas shopping nice and early with Kingston Maurward's Christmas Craft and Gourmet Food Fair. This is a celebration of local gourmet foods and high quality crafts.

It takes place tomorrow and Sunday between 10am and 5pm.

Admission is £3 for adults, £2.50 for concessions and children under 16 free.

*ART lovers can enjoy viewing sculptures in Owermoigne tomorrow (4) between 10am and 4pm.

See an eclectic mix of wooden sculpture by Kim Neith Thompson and Rob Neith Nicholson throughout the gardens at Moigne Court. Sculptures will be available for purchase.

*TRADITIONAL Guy Fawkes celebrations are the order of the day (and night) in Weymouth on Sunday.

The climax of the evening will be a free International Firework Display over Weymouth’s moonlit bay at 8pm. There will be a fairground on the Weymouth Pavilion forecourt from 3pm, judging of a penny for the Guy competition at 6.45pm and the beach bonfire will be lit at 7.40pm.

*THE Moonlight Swing Band will perform at Weymouth Bay Methodist Church tomorrow (4) at 7.30pm.

*IF you think you look good on the dance floor, register for a Ten Hour Dance-Athon on Sunday at Radipole Community Sports Hub in Weymouth to support Matt Smith's Colossal 10 for the Weldmar Hospicecare Trust.
