Crews fight chip pan fire in west Dorset
TWO fire crews were called out to tackle a chip pan fire in Bridport yesterday.
Crews from Bridport and Charmouth attended a property in West Road after being called at 5.22pm.
A spokesman for Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service said that the blaze was a chip pan on fire in a ground floor kitchen.
The fire was out when the crews arrived and the chip pan was subsequently removed from the property.
