HORSE lovers may be interested to know that a top Portuguese equestrian is coming to the south west for a two-day clinic.
Antonio Borba Monteiro, chief instructor at the Portuguese School of Equestrian Art is passionate about passing on his equestrian education having studied and trained with most of the current day masters and currently keeping the training alive through his Portuguese school in Lisbon.
The clinic is aimed at all levels of horse and rider but will be based on the principals of classical dressage
Both in hand and ridden work can be arranged to suit the individual horse and rider combination.
He will be at the Cannington Equestrian Centre near Bridgwater in Somerset on Saturday October 31 and Sunday November 1.
Spectators are also welcome and group discounts are available.
