PORTLAND firm KG Roofing & Building are looking to do their bit for sport on the island by helping out a junior football club.
Harlequin & Weston Sports Youth has been running since 1996 and are currently in desperate need of a new roof for their clubhouse.
A couple of the company’s employees have children who are members of the club, and KG Roofing & Building want to help raise the funds to replace the existing roof.
The firm would like businesses to make donations, either as cash or materials, and then they will co-ordinate the building work with no labour costs to the club.
Whatever funds are left will go to the club for any further repairs and decorations.
