A BOW rider boat with four people on board called for coastguard assistance after suffering mechanical failure 0.5 nautical miles south of Lyme Regis harbour.
The incident took place shortly before 1pm yesterday afternoon, July 16.
A local vessel towed the boat safely back to Lyme Regis where it was met by Lyme Regis coastguard officers.
