WEST Bay Coastguard Rescue Team was called to rescue a dog which went over the cliff near Eype Mouth.
The team successfully rescued the Jack Russell dog, which was uninjured in the incident yesterday morning, Sunday June 8.
At around 5pm the same day coastguards were also called to a small boat, which had five people on board, after its engines failed just off the shore of Fresh Water Beach Holiday Park near Burton Bradstock.
A concerned member of the public made the call and local vessel Plan B towed the boat to shore where they were met by West Bay Coast Rescue officers.
