Car and motorcycle involved in coast road collision
A CAR driver and a motorcyclist escaped injury following a crash on the coast road near Weymouth.
The incident happened on the B3157 near the turning to Bagwell Farm, Chickerell, just after 3.30pm on Wednesday, February 26.
It involved a silver Ford Focus car and a red Honda VFR750 motorbike, police said. The road was blocked while emergency services attended the scene but traffic was let through after a short time when it was established that the commuters were not seriously injured. South Western Ambulance confirmed no-one required treatment.
