BRIDPORT and District Citizens’ Advice Bureau has a new website.

Staff have updated and redesigned the site to provide a useful first call for anyone needing advice on a wide range of topics.

As well as information on issues such as debt, housing, employment, relationships, and consumer concerns through the CAB’s national information site Adviceguide, visitors to the website will find useful links to other organisations.

There are also sections on how people can support their local CAB through volunteering, or donations, as well as up-to-date news on the bureau’s activities. Bureau manager, Martin Paley said he was grateful to Dorset County Community Fund for the grant.

He added: “We are looking to provide greater support via telephone and email advice but are committed to keeping our office in South Street open five days a week, from 10am to 3pm, for those who prefer to speak to someone face to face.”
