Masterchef winner from Beaminster joins in new event
He will draw up the menu for the first Bespoke International Taste Extravaganza (BITE) at the Cotswold House Hotel on January 27 to February 3.
The event is a week long celebration of food, drink and culinary excellence.
Mr Follas, who owns the Wild Garlic in Beaminster, will be joined by a host of top chefs, food writers and critics at the festival.
They will include Great British Menu judge Pru Leith, BBC MasterChef presenter Greg Wallace and wine expert Charles Metcalfe.
Mr Follas will create his menu to accompany a selection of Glenfiddich’s single malts.
