“This is a mixed ability session and beginners are very welcome. We encourage people to bring their own yoga mats, but we do have a small supply available for loan.”

Booking is essential for the event, which costs £8 for adult RSPB members, and £10 for non members. Visit rspb-arne-yoga.eventbrite.co.uk to book, and email arne@rspb.org.uk for more details.
