SEE a critically acclaimed play at Weymouth Pavilion between May 16 and 19.

The Complete Works of Shakespeare is an irreverent, fast-paced romp through the Bard’s 37 plays.

Join these madcap performers in tights as they weave their way through all of Shakespeare’s comedies, histories and tragedies in one wild ride that will leave you breathless and helpless with laughter.

The Shakespearean saga comes to Weymouth courtesy of The National Production Company and is performed by three actors from the south of England.

Actor Matthew Duckett said: “The range of emotions that I go through in around one and a half hours is like living in fast forward mode---exhausting! For example:- one minute I swoon at Juliet's feet, the next I jump around the stage and rap the story of Othello, then offer advice to Macbeth in a 'perrrrrrrrrfect' Scottish accent, fence Hamlet, and then, of course face the mountainous task at the end.”

Matthew studied at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

He added: “I feel so fortunate that I have been given this opportunity so early in my career.

"I am determined to give it my all. During my background research for this project I realised that Shakespeare never intended his works to be only high brow entertainment but accessible to all, which is something I think we achieve here."

The Complete Works of Shakespeare is aimed at anyone between the ages of 12 and 112.

Matthew said: "There is something here for everyone. Even if you do not like Shakespeare, it's still fun and enjoyable to watch."

This play is directed by John-Robert Partridge.
