THERE are two big productions to see in Weymouth and Dorchester this weekend. And music lovers have their pick of classical music concerts. Take a look at our guide to the weekend.

*DON'T miss your chance to see a show straight out of the West End in Weymouth this weekend.

Our House the musical, featuring the songs of Madness, continues at Weymouth Pavilion tonight (17), tomorrow afternoon and tomorrow evening.

This hilarious, high energy musical stars Deena Payne from Emmerdale and Britain's Got Talent winner George Sampson. It will have you singing and dancing in the aisles. Contact Weymouth Pavilion box office for tickets.

*OVER in Dorchester, experience a searingly powerful play based upon the Salem Witch Trials.

The Crucible will be performed by Dorchester Drama at Dorchester Corn Exchange tonight, tomorrow afternoon and tomorrow evening. Evening performances are at 7pm and the Saturday matinee is 2pm.

Tickets cost £9 for adults and £7 for children and are available on the door.

*SEE a feature length adventure documentary at the Thomas Hardye School in Dorchester tonight (17) at 6pm.

In A Plastic Ocean an international team of adventurers, researchers, and ocean ambassadors go on a mission around the globe to uncover the shocking truth about what is lurking beneath the surface of our seemingly pristine ocean.

*LOVERS of classical music should head to the Dorford Centre in Dorchester tomorrow (18) evening at 7.30 pm for Dorset County Orchestra's Autumn Concert.

The orchestra welcomes Arturo Serna as conductor and solo cellist.

The programme of popular classical works includes Carl Maria von Weber's Freish?tz Overture and the Haydn Cello Concerto in D Major. Tickets cost £10 for adults. Call 01308 897133.

*SOAK up a concert of two parts when Weymouth Choral Society perform at St John's Church, Greenhill, Weymouth on Saturday (18) from 7.30pm.

Louise Dukes will be premiering her new piece Requiem, which she wrote as a personal tribute to a friend. The other half of our concert will be a performance of John Rutter's Requiem. Tickets cost £10 and are available on the door. Call 07712 135150 for tickets.

*DORCHESTER Arts is hosting a fundraiser at the Corn Exchange on Sunday at 3pm.

At High End to High Street find new clothes to take home. There will be a price for every pocket and some extra special items on display.

Local makers will be offering beautiful jewellery and gifts for sale. Entry is £5 including refreshments. Tickets are available from Dorchester TIC and Dorchester Arts.

*BE wowed by creativity at the Eype Makers' Market at Martin's Bar and Restaurant at Highlands End Holiday Park in Bridport on Sunday from 10am to 4pm.
