A NEW era in Irish entertainment kicks off in Dorset next month when Rhythm of the Dance arrives at the Lighthouse, Poole’s Centre for the Arts.

This highly acclaimed show which is currently touring the UK, relives the journey of the Irish Celts throughout history.

Combining traditional dance and music with the most up to date stage technology, the show is a thousand-year-old story executed with all the advantages of a modern-day stage show.

Featuring world champion dancers, a traditional Irish band, and the handsome Young Irish Tenors, this talented cast has been wowing audiences all over the world as the show celebrates a renewed vigour in Irish culture.

Rhythm of the Dance embraces traditional, current and the ancient SeanNos dance styles, and is internationally rated as one of the most popular and successful ‘Irish Step Dance’ shows on tour.
